Vee OT is an out-of-network, private-pay practice. We believe in being upfront about fees so you can make an informed decision before we meet.
Session Fees
Initial Evaluation:
$275 (60–90 minutes)
Includes a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation, goal development, and a written evaluation summary.
Ongoing Sessions:
Starting at $160 per 60-minute session
Rates for ongoing sessions vary based on location within the DFW Metroplex. Your exact rate will be confirmed during your free consultation.
FSA and HSA cards are accepted.
Medicare
Vee OT accepts Traditional Medicare Part B for eligible clients in select areas of the DFW Metroplex. Availability is limited- contact us to confirm whether services are available in your location.
If you have a Medicare Advantage PPO plan, coverage and cost-sharing vary by plan. We recommend contacting your plan directly to understand your out-of-network occupational therapy benefits before getting started.
Medicare Advantage HMO plans are not accepted.
Superbills
Upon request, a superbill (itemized receipt) can be provided after each session for those with PPO plans. You may be able to submit this to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits before getting started.

Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. This will be provided prior to your initial evaluation. Learn more about your Good Faith Estimate rights here.
